Puppys and stairs.

Hi there

I have a 10 week old Groendael cross (1/4 German Shepherd) puppy.  I was wondering how long I should leave it until she is allowed to climb up and down the stairs on her own?  She is already capable of doing it now (well I presume so as I found her upstairs earlier on) but I don’t want her damaging any joints.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
