Belgians World Portal has been hacked by Turkish hackers. We are still checking the damage to see if there is anything to be saved or to get portal back to normal.
It seams there was weakness in one of Xoops modules through which hackers gained acess to admin center.
We will see what can be done but probably we will change portal software of go back to HTML.
