Have any of you exported pups to Lebanon? What was your experience? Customs criteria? Any quarantine? Costs involved?
I will be calling various airlines over the weekend...but just wanted to know of personal experiences and anything I should be cautious or aware of...Thanks in advance!

For the "exportation" side off the story contact the Lebanes consulat and ask them for the required paperwork. Also contact you're vet and let him check the vaccinations and paperwork needed for exportation (is in fact a double check)
Besides airliners contact specialized freight companies they might get better deals in sending a dog

I only had a mating to a Israeli female, but the owner told me some regulations about the middle east importing and exporting, the pups need to have their rabies shot and the values checked before getting in or out of the country (Israel and I thought he told me this was normal for the middle east) so he cannot export or import any puppies under the age of 16 weeks (rabies at 12 weeks, blood test at 16 weeks) so that is something you should ask for when getting information.....
Great!? Thank you Carmen!? If true then that sort of makes the decision for me!?

just asked him tonight, but for puppies no bloodtest is needed, but a rabies shot and then waiting for 4 weeks (so they can come to Israel from 16 weeks on as I wrote before) he told me that the best thing you could do is contact Lebanon airlines, they should know......
