help with up coming show

Thanks guys I am showing prince next year in the National Kennel club he is a white doberman. and I need some help on showing him. I am wondering what kind of training how to train him and what to do to get him where he needs to be before the show... he is apup so i expect him to act up but i would like to have him well prepared... thanks so much i feel like a  (dope) asking this... im a newbie to shows... i was raised on a farm. lol so thanks guys for any help you can give hugs
