But today the certification can be split into scent identification and tracking with above exercises included. For tracking exercises 2 - 9 are same as PH 1. The track itself: 750 metres and has 10 turns and four articles (mostly tools and riffle).
Scent identification is pick correct metal pipe out of row of 5 metal pipes. Correct pipe is the one with scent of criminal. The exercise is the same as for obedience people or Ringsport. But in this one all pipes does carry a scent and the dog has to match the scent of the criminal not that of handler.
