I just found this ad in the Stars & Stripes...our
armed forces newspaper...

Is anyone in Europe that can help me save this dog
from another military family that will dump him/her
again?  I'm going to call and get information from
them today.  Please help!!!  I'd take him/her if I
could...but housing restrictions state that I am only
allowed 2 pets and I have my 2 girls (Basenji, Collie)

I want to help rescue this good dog from being dumped
over and over...anyone in Europe please respond ASAP!

And does anyone know where country code 39 is?
