Last weekend Yentos participated in his third competition.? He did a realy great job (missed only once).? More important we had a great preparation for our home competition.
And our 2 teams:
Thunderdogs 1: Joy (BC), Chinouck (BC), Magic (BC), Nike (Mix), Yentos (you all know this one)
Thunderdogs 2: Sparkle (Australian Shepherd), Luna (Mix), Sandie (BC of 11 years old), Roscoe (Cavalier Kings Charles), Tommy (Jack Russell).

It was a hot and sunny day. Thunderdogs 1 is the "experienced" team (or what you call experienced) but also our veterans team. Joy is close to 10, Nike is 8, Yentos is going on 7. They will hold the fort until the youngsters are ready to take over (next season) after which the oldies will strengthen Thunderdogs 2 and improve their level and fill in the gaps.
Last weekend it was the first competition of Thunderdogs 2. They did alright for their first competition. But some people felt that day that competing is not for them. Therefore we will have to wait for the youngsters to be at competition level and then the oldies will move to Thunderdogs 2.
More to come on October 2nd when it is the last competition of the year at our club.
