Decoy?s...
« on: January 14, 2005, 06:36:23 PM »

Hi!

I was just thinking after watching pictures of ring competitions, how many legs and arms are broken from dog bites?

It is probably not too fun when you see mal runing direct on you and grab your arm with full force.

I know suit protects decoys but I dont think they are always helping..

Best regards, Raven

During attacks on decoys wearing suits the number off accidents are limited. The knees suffre the most.
But with the muzzle attack on a "civil" person it's another ballgame. I've seen jaws broken, ribs... My father had in the sixties a dog which he couldn't compete with because she broke one or more bones everytime she had to gard an object wearing a muzzle.

Greetings

Precission work

Yesterday i got a little borred and i let my dog bite a little on a sleeve. Unfortunatly for me the sleeve wasn't thick enough. Today i found out that i've got 11 little puncture marks on my forarm in a straight line that is 7,4 cm long. One mark is 2mm off the line.

Meaning: Knowing that he came in fully excited and at full speed and that if his teeth are 4cm apart he went in at least 6 times with less than 2 cm of the centre mark.

High speed precission

Greetings

Johan
