In my free time I teach Blue some tricks and a little dog dancing.

He loves those kind of excercises:
- a bow
- lift! (he jumps and touches my hands with his)
- slalom
- eight (also backwards)
- jump trought my arms (i make a ring with my arms)
- jumps over my legs
- roll
- he can choose in wich hand i have a snack for him Tongue
- "go back" he goes around me backwards
- kill! he runs and jumps usually on my boyfriends back and arm (like biting...but he doesn`t use his teeht) Tongue Grin
-"riding", I have him between my leg and we go forward and than back
- often we play hide and seek
- but his speciality is how to find crabs and lost turtles Cool

I`m thinkig to take some videos of those tricks...maybe...next year ?Wink

Nana knows few tricks

1. "Die" I point her with finger and at the same time say "Pum!"... Nana turns on her back.

2. "Jump" I lift my right arm on the air and ask her to jump. Well, she jumps as high as my hand.

3. Of course she knows how to shake hands when I say "Good day" to her.

4. Nana also sneezes on command.  Grin

5. Nana streches on command.

6. She brings every object I ask her to bring. Food bowls, pens, paper, coins, her own leash, forks, spoons, SAUSAGES(without eating  them)... anythig I ask.

7. She brings Iggy(my other dog) back from his trips (Iggy is not the most intelligent dog  Roll Eyes ).

8. She shakes when I tell her to.

9. She can turn the light on.

10. She howls back at me.

Hallo Grin

My first dog was great at dooing tricks, she could throw paper in the trashcan, open and close doors, lie dead, roll over, bow, dance on her hind legs, ring a bell, sit with her front paws off the floor, bring me the news paper, jump over my legs, wave, walk the stairs backwards etc...
Now I have 4 dogs and the only thing they can do is touch the things I point to with there paw and one of them does bucket tricks, pikking it up, put one ore two paws in it, rolling it with the nose and turning it over.
Currently my parrots are the ones dooing tricks and the dogs go out to train Grin

When a handler is tricked: does that count as a trick ??

My dog tricked me into something bad: a Rottweiler sleeping on my lap.

Then I have the real working dog: Nelli works to get the softest place...

I'd say I have terv all over me...  Grin

(She sleeps in my bed, uses me as a pillow, and demands food from my plate. I feel a bit tricked, too...  Grin )

I also love to teach my dog new tricks Wink and she loves it, actually more than training obedience :-/

she can wave with her paw, play dead, roll around, stand on back legs, walk on back legs, go zick zack between my legs (not really good yet), bark without sound- you know like mals use to do when they just "clip" their teeth

I have friends that do dogdancing, my sister does that with my older dog, so you get a bit inspired Wink

Of course she's learned tricks by herself I don't appreciate, like opening waterbottles, which often is done in my bed... Angry

Sculpadog- suppose you were ironic???
I didn't really understand what you ment "with a blackneck dog" - yes, that's her breeder.

It's not the only thing we do of course, we train IPO as well, but it's fun to learn tricks when you're bored indoors and Warga loves it Grin

No irony: respect !!
I went to your website and saw pictures of Warga *very nice pictures* and learned it was a dog from blackneck kennel. Most people have hard time to train IPO only...and you sum up lot of tricks too.
With a Malinois like Warga, her line and how Blackneck Kennel promote their dogs.

Great job

--I tried to read the Swedisch language your site is written in..but nope. I have to stick to the pictures!!--
