I love to take photos, especially about beautiful laekens. I'm also happy people like my photos. I have no reasons to forbid to use my photos, I just want people to ask the permission in advance.

Dymas I asked about - and you said ok, Daphne I asked you when we did the maiting on Daisy and you said ok, BUT the other two Allis and the group of Laekenois (Susannes dogs) NO I have not asked you because Susanne gave them to me! And she said it was ok to put them into the album so I did If you want me to take them away I will. Just say so and we can stop talking about this and perhaps be happy over Gaïas result

Off course people should ask in advance! .... but then you also have to remember who has and who has not I am hurt by this, and do not like people asumeing that I use to steal and also think that the happiness over the succes these two girls have had is now in the shadow You could have written me a personal mail.
When and how? By e-mail? By phone? By MSN Messenger? Dymas' photos were taken 11.6.2006. I sent the photo to his owner 13.6.2006. I added the gallery to web 16.6.2006. Between the dates 13.6. and 16.6. that photo appeared to your homepage as the photo of the week.
In case that you might not remember, the last conversation between us by MSN was 24.5.2006, as well as the newest e-mail from you. And I'm absolutely sure I would remember if you had phoned me, because it's not every day (or every week, not even every month) thing for me to speak English on the phone.

This one makes me really, really much wonder. Daisy was mated in December 2005. Daphne's photos were taken 1.4.2006 and 2.4.2006.
I'll be back to the other photos when I've done a bit more researching.
I apologize the users of this forum about doing this public. I think because this started public, I also want to end it same way. I count on that if Raven or Hunden see this going too far, they will stop it.
About the pictures I think it would have been better to discuss that in private, but it has happened already in public so nothing can be done about that any more.

Well, this all started public, but I think it would be good to stop now since we (other people) don’t know the whole story anyway and it’s pointless to discuss this openly. Stop arguing and try to discuss this in private please (by message, msn or something like that).
Then let us know about what to do with the photo here on this forum, since it’s my only concern as we do have rules here and I hope people like it that way.
I know how disturbing it can be to see your photos on other web sites. My drawings and paintings are all over the world, people use them on their websites, on forums and in blogs. I don’t even bother any more, even though they are copyrighted by law (since I do this for a living and I do have a registered company) and they can’t be used any ware else. I do take that as a compliment however, hey they are used all over the world, people love my artwork… LOL! Of course this is different depending who is on the other side.
Since we already are off topic here I want to tell a funny thing. I have been (for once) contacted by the Sheriff's Office K-9 Unit in Nebraska for usage of Pencil Drawing Malinois “Zoran” for their manual's front cover. They were prepared to pay for it. Well the only thing I wanted them to give me was a photo of them together (signed of course) and I also wanted their K9-unit patch.

Yes, I want you to take away all my copyrighted photos from your homepage. We might have had a chance to compromise this somehow, but because of these untruths I don't want to compromise anything anymore.
Then let us know about what to do with the photo here on this forum, since it’s my only concern as we do have rules here and I hope people like it that way.
