Last weekend my club organised the CACIB Brabo show. Since it is my own club, I entered Yentos in Veterans class. There was only a low number of Belgians present: 2 Groenendael, 2 Malinois and 2 Tervueren.
Yentos received 1Ex, Best Veteran and BOB. The other male received a VG (Very Good).
In the ring of honor Yentos also did very well: 2nd best veteran in show and 4th place in Group 1. I was already happy with 2nd place in the veteran group but I was thrilled with the 4th place in Group 1. Belgians are rarely selected let alone placed and certainly not when the group judge knows that the dog is a veteran.
Yentos also showed his best side during the obedience demonstrations.
Although a exhausting weekend, it was a fun weekend.
On 29 April is Yentos' next show, let's see if he can beat these results.
